Average cost of an air source heat pump is between £9,000 and £13,000, we can apply for Boiler Upgrade Scheme Grant of £5,000 on your behalf. Your property must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) with no outstanding recommendations for loft or cavity wall insulation.

If you require an EPC, we can carry that out for you at as a separate charge of between £80 to £100, depending on where you live.

EPC recommendations for improvements to your property will require them to be addressed, before a B.U.S. Grant voucher can be applied for, so if you need insulation, glazing or repairs, then we can also provide you with a quotation for those.
